Diamond DLL Little League Baseball Dozen

The Diamond DLL baseball is a postseason requirment for Little League play in most Districts of Little League. The DLL baseball is used for Little League All Star and Tournament play. The DLL is the most premium leather baseball available for Little League games. We do not recommend using the DLL in regular season play as it is not needed for those games and the added price of the post season certified baseball does not make economic sense for most Little Leagues.

Pros: This is the baseball you need if you are playing in tournament play or All Stars. The leather is the same, but it has a cork and rubber core. The DLL-1 has an all wool core, so it gets softer faster. This is the better of the two Little League baseballs, but costs a little more.

Pros: These are way better balls than the slightly less expensive wood center balls (the wood center balls split open a lot more frequently - a LOT more frequently).
Cons: Slightly hire price.
