Pros: After splintering 2 wood fungos at the start of the last 2 seasons, decided something more durable for the cold should be in order. Lightweight carbon is the way to go. Plenty of pop for OF (300’ easy), nice for IF.
Cons: Doesn’t sound like wood which is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. I’m a traditionalist and understand the impressive pop when a team takes a crisp round of in/out...but it’s not wood. Certainly have to keep both hands on the bat through contact to avoid horrible sounds.
