I really like this bat, excellent pop
I'm a female player in an adult coed slowpitch league. I played fastpitch into college. My little 23 oz 33 in fast pitch bat from high school finally kicked the bucket, so this is my first slow pitch upgrade. I picked this because it was the best deal on composite balanced bats I could find around 25-26 oz. The weight (26oz) and length is a bit of an adjustment, but so far I'm really liking how this bat feels. The pop is so satisfying in sound and feel compared to my old dead bat. The appearance online didn't stand out to me, but in person, the white is very pretty and eye-catching compared to all the darker bats on the fence in the lineup. In my first game, after breaking it in on the tee, it caught the attention of a couple of the guys on my team. One of which, put a ball over the fence with it. Needless to say, we all really like this bat.
Just the right bat for my needs. Previously I had the Easton Hammer. My bat speed is pretty fast so I was looking something that was stiff and somewhat balanced. Everything that I hit now has some extra heat behind it. Including the home run that I hit in my third game.
This bat has alot of pop already through only 3 games and for the price it's a great value
Great bat for clinchers
As a lady baller I'm impressed with the obscura!! It has nice pop straight out the wrapper and I can't wait until it's been broke in. I've used it in 2 games now and it's definitely my favorite! Feels good, sounds good, performs well!
