Rawlings Heart of the Hide Baseball Glove 12.5" PRORFM18-17N
The FM18 pattern at 12.5" is extra length and a deep pocket to run balls down and keep them caught. The modified Pro H web adds a leather top bar for extra pocket security on hard-hit balls. Some gloves are bought; Heart of the Hide gloves tend to be inherited. Rawlings reserves the top five percent of its steerhides for this line, which is why an HOH holds its pocket long after cheaper leather has gone soft. Underneath: a steer hide leather shell, Deer-Tanned Cowhide lining, a conventional back. It breaks in slow and honest, and it holds the shape you give it for years. Available in right- and left-hand throw.
