Closeout BBCOR Bats

(12 products)

Prior-year BBCOR bats, new in the wrapper, marked down to clear. The closeout BBCOR rack is mostly Marucci (CAT X, CAT Connect, F5, CAT America and CAT Silver) and Axe (Avenge, Elite Hybrid, Strato), with the odd Victus Nox. Every bat here is -3 with a 2 5/8" barrel and the BBCOR .50 stamp, so it is legal for high school and college no matter what year it was made.

Prices run from about $80 to $200, well under the $350 to $450 the newest BBCOR models list for. A couple of listings are floor models or demos; those are marked in the size dropdown and sold as-is. Everything else carries the standard one-year manufacturer warranty.

Closeout BBCOR Bats

A closeout BBCOR is the best value in adult baseball

BBCOR bats are held to a fixed performance ceiling, which means the difference between a $200 closeout and a $450 new release is feel and finish, not exit speed. For a high school player on a budget, a closeout CAT X or Avenge is the same bat that started on varsity last spring.

Which sizes are left? Whatever the dropdown shows. 32/29 and 33/30 sell out first; 31/28 and 34/31 tend to hang around longest.

Is it still legal? Yes. The BBCOR .50 mark does not expire, and no closeout here predates the 2011 standard.

Do closeouts have a warranty? New closeout bats do. Demo and floor-model listings say so in the size name and are sold without warranty.
