2023 Axe Strato Youth USA Baseball Bat -10oz L185K
Description
The Strato USA is Axe's one-piece alloy youth bat for Little League and the other USABat leagues. The barrel is Axe's Armor Enhanced Alloy, machined with variable wall thickness — thicker where the barrel needs strength, thinner where it can shed weight — and topped with a HyperWhip composite end cap that pulls weight off the far end. It swings balanced, and at -10 with a 2 5/8" barrel it is a quick bat for an 8- to 12-year-old.
The youth Axe handle is the asymmetric, axe-shaped knob scaled down for young hands. Axe designs it to give more speed, control and comfort by seating the bottom hand the same way on every swing. Under it sits Endogrid, an elastomer layer that damps vibration at the bottom hand. That matters on a one-piece alloy bat, where a jammed pitch otherwise goes straight into the palm. Sizes run 27" to 32", USA Baseball stamped (Little League, Babe Ruth, Cal Ripken, PONY, AABC, Dixie Youth, NABF), black and orange, one-year Axe warranty.
