The DSP Ultra is the grip you see on bats from Little League to the big leagues: a durable soft polymer with an oval pattern that stays tacky wet or dry, absorbs vibration on mishits, and installs in five minutes with no tools. 1.1 mm is the all-around favorite, 1.8 mm is the most cushion, 0.5 mm is the pro pick for wood.

Which thickness? 1.1 mm is the standard and the best seller; it fits most metal bats and most hands. 1.8 mm for hitters who want more sting protection or a thicker handle. 0.5 mm for wood bat hitters who want to feel the bat.

Install: peel the old grip, start at the knob, wrap up the handle with a slight overlap, cut and tape the finish. The on-grip markings show where to start and stop. Video on the product page.
