Marucci Softball Bats

(24 products)

Marucci's softball line is newer than its baseball line and it is catching up fast. Fastpitch is the Asura family: the Asura two-piece composite in -8, -9, -10 and -11, the Asura Lux, the new Asura Rise and Lux Rise, and the Asura Alloy and Rise Alloy in -12 for younger hitters. Slowpitch is the Gridlock loaded two-piece in USSSA, USA and SSUSA senior versions, the Cypher one-piece end-load, the RCKLESS slowpitch, and the CAT 1776, Yankees and Blue Pencil limited barrels.

Fastpitch prices run from around $80 for the alloy to $479.99 for the top Asura; slowpitch from $159.99 to $379.99.

Shop Marucci fastpitch and Marucci slowpitch on their own pages, or compare across brands on fastpitch softball bats and slowpitch softball bats. Marucci baseball bats are on the Marucci baseball page. Free shipping from Anaheim, CA.

Marucci Softball Bats

Asura vs. Ghost: the Asura is a two-piece composite with a stiffer connection than the Easton Ghost and a slightly more end-loaded feel; hitters who find the Ghost too whippy tend to like it. Same dual-stamp certification (USA Softball, USSSA, NSA, ISA, WBSC).

Gridlock and Cypher: Gridlock is the loaded two-piece in 12.75" and 13" barrels with USSSA, USA and SSUSA versions; Cypher is the one-piece end-loaded power bat in USSSA and SSUSA.

Break-in: all Marucci composite softball bats need 150 to 200 swings off a tee.
