Description
USSSA 13U requires a -5 or heavier, and the Vibe -5 is Victus' one-piece alloy answer for that year. It carries the same VXP alloy and ringless, multi-variable-wall barrel as the lighter Vibes, so a hitter who came up on the -10 or -8 gets the same flex and the same direct feedback — just with the mass a 13-year-old needs to keep up with faster pitching. It is mid-balanced with a medium M.O.I., which is what keeps a -5 from feeling like a log.
The handle taper is specific to the -5, the grip is micro-perforated soft-touch, and the vibration-reducing knob earns its keep at this drop, where mis-hits sting more. Sizes run 30" through 32" with a 2 3/4" barrel and the USSSA 1.15 BPF stamp; one-year Victus warranty. It is also a sensible bat for a strong 12-year-old who wants to get a year of -5 swings in before BBCOR.
