Description
The F5 -8 is Marucci's one-piece, all-alloy bat at the drop 11- to 12-year-olds move to when a -10 stops feeling like enough. The barrel is machined with a multi-variable wall design — thinner walls in an expanded sweet spot that forgives contact off the center — and built ring-free so there is no internal ring to create a dead spot or restrict flex. Marucci balances the swing weight precisely, so the extra two ounces over a -10 go into the barrel without making the bat feel heavy.
It is game-ready from the first swing with no break-in period and comes with Marucci's micro-perforated soft-touch grip. This is the earlier-generation F5 (MSBF53 series) at a closeout price: a 2 3/4" barrel, USSSA 1.15 BPF stamped, one-year Marucci warranty.
