The 2027 Hype Fire brings Easton's TCT composite barrel to USSSA play in a full 2 3/4" profile. The layup is tuned to stretch the sweet spot toward the end cap, so the inevitable off-center contact of a long tournament weekend still produces playable balls. A low-MOI build keeps the swing light and quick, the ConneXion Max elastomer joint takes the sting out of inside pitches, and the Opti-Flex handle is flexed specifically to each length rather than shared across the run. The -8 adds barrel mass for hitters who've outgrown a -10 but aren't ready to give up bat speed. Available in 29"/21oz, 30"/22oz, 31"/23oz, 32"/24oz. It carries the USSSA 1.15 BPF stamp required for travel and tournament ball.
