The Professional Collection is Easton's flagship fastpitch leather — premium shells on true fastpitch patterns with the deep pockets, female-fit openings and double-laced construction that college and elite travel players expect. This 13" cut is built for the outfield: extra length and a deep pocket to run balls down and keep them caught. The single-post, double-bar web is first-base tradition — a big, forgiving target that scoops errant throws. Underneath: a steer hide leather shell, Classic Cowhide lining, an adjustable pull-strap back. Cut on an adjustable fit. Built to be somebody's gamer, not somebody's backup. Available in right- and left-hand throw.

How much break-in does it need?
Two to four weeks of catch — this is pro-grade leather that is stiff on purpose and holds its pocket for years. A little glove conditioner on the pocket and laces helps; skip the oven, microwave and shaving cream.
Is 13" the right size?
13" is an outfield pattern. As a guide: infield 11.25" to 11.75", pitcher and utility 11.75" to 12", outfield 12.5" to 12.75", catcher's mitts 32" to 34", first base 12.5" to 13". Fastpitch patterns run a quarter inch bigger than baseball for the 12" ball. Buy the size that fits now, not the one to grow into.
