The one-piece solid web is catcher's-mitt standard — maximum strength where the ball arrives hardest. This 33" cut is built for receiving — shaped to frame borderline strikes, funnel balls in the dirt and survive a season of bullpens. Underneath: Ultra-Soft Palm lining, an adjustable pull-strap back. Cut on an adjustable fit. Everything a rec fastpitch season needs, nothing it doesn't. Available in right- and left-hand throw.

How much break-in does it need?
A few days of catch. The leather is pre-conditioned and most players are gaming it within a week.
Is 33" the right size?
33" is a catcher pattern. As a guide: infield 11.25" to 11.75", pitcher and utility 11.75" to 12", outfield 12.5" to 12.75", catcher's mitts 32" to 34", first base 12.5" to 13". Fastpitch patterns run a quarter inch bigger than baseball for the 12" ball. Buy the size that fits now, not the one to grow into.
