Description
Cypress is the top of Marucci's fastpitch glove wall: premium Japanese-tanned steerhide shells for structure and rugged durability, an extra-smooth sheepskin lining with high-density foam cushioning in the finger stalls, a moisture-wicking mesh wrist lining over dual-density memory foam, and Marucci's M Type fit with its integrated thumb and pinky sleeves and added thumb-stall cushioning. This one is the 12.5" outfield pattern. The H web is the do-it-all choice — stable on the ball, open enough to track flies through. Pro-grade leather that breaks in like it costs — because it does. Available right-hand throw only.

How much break-in does it need?
Two to four weeks of catch — this is pro-grade leather that is stiff on purpose and holds its pocket for years. A little glove conditioner on the pocket and laces helps; skip the oven, microwave and shaving cream.
Is 12.5" the right size?
12.5" is an outfield pattern. As a guide: infield 11.25" to 11.75", pitcher and utility 11.75" to 12", outfield 12.5" to 12.75", catcher's mitts 32" to 34", first base 12.5" to 13". Fastpitch patterns run a quarter inch bigger than baseball for the 12" ball. Buy the size that fits now, not the one to grow into.
Do you have it in left-hand throw?
This model is stocked in right-hand throw only. Wherever Marucci makes a left-hand version we list it as a separate Hand option.
