Awesome bay at an awesome deal!

My 13yo loves this new CAT9 connect in this red & black color way. BP is going great. Huge sweet spot that’s very forgiving on miss hits. Extremely comfortable for young players because there is no ring ups with these hybrids. It’s great because they’re focused on hitting and not as apt to develop bad habits associated with the sting. Alloy barrels are perfect for our cold Minnesota school ball seasons. Bat really does look awesome. We have been giant fans of all the Marucci USSSA bats we’ve had at our house. This is his first new bat and he’s so proud to be the first person to hit it. We purchased all second hand CAT 6,7,8, and 9s in the past. All had awesome and forgiving sweet spots. His bat last year was a drop 8 CAT9 connect in pastime color way. Amazing success with 3 homers on the summer season and a ton of base hits. Considers CATX connects when I purchased this drop 5, but all reviews claimed it’s basically no change from the CAT9 connect to the CATX connect. Saved almost $200 by going with a new older model and happy we did. Nice to know there is a little more trade allure & value with a hybrid too once he grows out of it.
