Rawlings Heart of the Hide Fastpitch Softball Glove 12"
Rawlings Heart of the Hide Fastpitch Softball Glove 12" PRO120SB-32CP — 12" utility pattern, Single Post, Right-hand throw.
Description
Ask a pro infielder what's on their hand and the answer is usually this leather. Heart of the Hide starts as the top five percent of Rawlings' steerhides and ends as a glove that keeps the exact shape you break into it. At 12" it is a true do-everything glove — deep enough for the grass, controlled enough for the dirt. Underneath: an adjustable pull strap back. It breaks in slow and honest, and it holds the shape you give it for years. Available right-hand throw only.
This glove is part of the Heart of the Hide line; shop the rest of our Rawlings fastpitch gloves, or compare across brands — see all fastpitch gloves.

FAQ
How much break-in does it need?
Two to four weeks of catch — this is pro-grade leather that is stiff on purpose and holds its pocket for years. A little glove conditioner on the pocket and laces helps; skip the oven, microwave and shaving cream.
Is 12" the right size?
12" is an utility pattern. As a guide: infield 11.25" to 11.75", pitcher and utility 11.75" to 12", outfield 12.5" to 12.75", catcher's mitts 32" to 34", first base 12.5" to 13". Fastpitch patterns run a quarter inch bigger than baseball for the 12" ball. Buy the size that fits now, not the one to grow into.
Do you have it in left-hand throw?
This model is stocked in right-hand throw only. Wherever Rawlings makes a left-hand version we list it as a separate Hand option.
