Description
Mizuno's Bamboo Elite is a reinforced, weighted training bat made specifically for fastpitch players. The barrel is 2 1/4", the same size and shape as a game bat, so a hitter trains on the barrel she uses in games, only heavier. The barrel is bamboo, and the handle and taper are reinforced with glass fiber.
It's a cage bat for tee, front toss and machine work, where training heavy is the point. Retailers list it at approximately -3. High-gloss white and grey finish, with a 120-day Mizuno warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
