Description
The PRONP4-2CTW wears the timeless camel-and-tan look preferred by many of the game's top pros, with clean white welting and laces for contrast. Its NP pattern is a favorite among middle infielders for its wide, flat pocket that promotes lightning-quick transfers, and the Pro I web with conventional back keeps the ball secure without slowing you down. Constructed from top-grade US steerhide with deer-tanned cowhide palm lining, pro-grade leather laces, and a padded thumb sleeve.

How much break-in does it need?
Two to four weeks of catch — this is pro-grade leather that is stiff on purpose and holds its pocket for years. A little glove conditioner on the pocket and laces helps; skip the oven, microwave and shaving cream.
Is 11.5" the right size?
11.5" is an infield pattern. As a guide: infield 11.25" to 11.75", pitcher and utility 11.75" to 12", outfield 12.5" to 12.75", catcher's mitts 32" to 34", first base 12.5" to 13". Buy the size that fits now, not the one to grow into.
Do you have it in left-hand throw?
This model is stocked in right-hand throw only. Wherever Rawlings makes a left-hand version we list it as a separate Hand option.
