Description
This is the B22 generation of Mizuno's Hot Metal, built on the recipe the line has kept since: a one-piece bat in Hot Metal single-wall aluminum, a stronger alloy that lets Mizuno run thinner barrel walls for more pop, with CorTech varying that wall thickness across the barrel for an aggressive sweet spot. An optimized end cap adds sweet spot and the booming contact sound the line is known for.
This -5 has a 2 5/8" barrel, the same diameter as a BBCOR bat, which makes it a natural bridge for a 13U or 14U hitter headed to high-school baseball. USSSA stamped, balanced swing, Speed-Helix grip, blue and black, one-year Mizuno warranty. Closeout — 30" and 32" left.

What size should I get?
31" is the most common 13U length, but we have 30" and 32" left: 30" for a smaller player getting early -5 reps, 32" for a bigger 14U hitter.
