2027 Combat Sandstorm SPEC-C1 USSSA Baseball Bat -6.5oz CUT7C1S6
Description
Combat's first USSSA bat under its new stamp is here. The Sandstorm SPEC-C1 takes the SFX barrel engineering behind the SPEC-A1 BBCOR – longer hitting surface, oversized sweet spot, loud contact – and brings it to the 2 3/4" travel-ball game as a two-piece composite with a connection built for comfort. The -6.5 is the one nobody else makes: a half-step between the usual -8 and -5, for the strong 12U/13U hitter who has outgrown a -10 but isn't ready to carry a full -5 through the zone. Offered in 30, 31 and 32 inches.

Balanced Swing Weight
Weight sits close to the hands for quick, controllable swings – the barrel gets through the zone fast and stays on plane.
2 3/4" Barrel
The full big-barrel USSSA profile for maximum plate coverage.
Clinch Spec Grip
Combat's own tacky, lightly cushioned grip comes factory-installed, so it's game-ready out of the wrapper.
Sandstorm Colorway
The OG Sandstorm look – cream, black script and hot-pink accents – is a direct nod to the original SPEC-A1 BBCOR that put Combat back on the map.
USSSA 1.15 BPF Certified
Carries the new USSSA stamp for travel ball and every league that plays the USSSA standard.
Key Features
- SPEC-C1 Composite Barrel – a full composite barrel built on the same SFX engineering as Combat's BBCOR line – the hitting surface runs longer down the barrel, so the sweet spot is bigger and mishits still carry
- Two-Piece Design – the barrel and handle are joined through a connection built for comfort, so energy goes into the ball while the sting of off-center contact stays out of your hands
- COMBAT MFG Clinch Spec Grip (factory installed)
- 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Who This Bat Is Built For
The physically strong 11 to 13 year old who wants more mass behind the ball than a -8 or -10 gives, while keeping a swing that's still quick enough to catch up to good velocity. The bridge bat between youth drops and the -5.
Best for:
- Travel-ball and USSSA-league players swinging the 1.15 BPF standard
- Players sized for a -6.5 drop — lighter drops favor bat speed, heavier drops favor power

FAQ
Is this bat legal for my league?
It carries the USSSA 1.15 BPF certification stamp — legal in USSSA-sanctioned travel ball and other leagues that follow the USSSA standard. Always confirm this model against your league's current approved-bat list before game day.
What size should I get?
Size for bat speed first — a bat you can swing quickly beats a heavier one you drag through the zone. If you're between sizes, most players do better with the shorter/lighter option.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes — a full 1 year Combat manufacturer warranty against breakage and defects, honored through us as an authorized dealer.
