All Star Future Star Youth Baseball Catcher's Mitt 31.5" CM-FS-Y — 31.5" catcher pattern, closed, right- or left-hand throw.
Description
The Future Star Youth is the 31.5" pattern of the mitt All Star builds for a catcher's first reps behind the dish. Everything about it is aimed at getting a young catcher game-ready quickly: dual-stitched durable leather in a proven All Star pattern, a lightweight build that breaks in with nothing more than playing catch, and Pro Guard Padding in the palm so the mitt absorbs the pitch instead of the hand. The pocket is extended and closed off with a two-piece closed web, which makes the mitt forgiving on balls caught off-center.
The wrist closure is All Star's easy-to-lace custom system, so the opening can be snugged down to a smaller hand — the usual problem with youth mitts is that they fit like a bucket, and this one doesn't have to. Colorway black and tan, right- and left-hand throw, one-year All Star limited warranty.
