All Star Future Star Youth Fastpitch Softball Catcher's Mitt 32.5" CMW-FS-Y — 32.5" catcher pattern, right- or left-hand throw.
Description
The Future Star FP Youth is the 32.5" pattern of All Star's entry fastpitch catcher's mitt, built for the player who is just learning the position. It gives a young catcher a profiled wide pocket for the 12-inch ball, strong materials and lacing, Pro Guard Padding in the palm and a built-in index-finger pass-through — the same protective features as the adult mitt, on a pattern a smaller hand can close. The leather is dual-stitched in a proven All Star pattern, and the lightweight construction means it breaks in with ordinary catch.
An adjustable wrist strap snugs the mitt to a small wrist so it doesn't slop around, which is the most common reason a young catcher drops pitches. All Star describes the Future Star FP as the start of the road from young rookie to veteran; the Heiress and PHX lines are the next steps once she's committed. White and black colorway, right- and left-hand throw, one-year All Star limited warranty.
