- Free Economy Shipping typically arrives in 4–7 business days depending on your ZIP. UPS Ground typically arrives in 3–5 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
- UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are guaranteed to arrive by the date shown at checkout. Business days only — no weekend or holiday delivery.
- Tracking numbers are emailed by 1:00 PM PT on the day your order ships; UPS tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

R9 uses the same pro patterns as Heart of the Hide — the 314, 204, 3039, 6019 and more — on a soft, durable all-leather shell that arrives about 80% broken in. Padded thumb sleeve, pro-grade laces, and a fit that suits high-school and travel players who want a real pattern without the pro-line price. ContoUR versions (the "U" models) have a slimmer, lowered finger stall for players with smaller hands.
