The shell is full-grain leather, a real step up from the pigskin of the base Prospect line, and inside it is a ButterSoft palm liner, a PU lining that gives the same soft, durable feel as Mizuno's adult gloves. The 11" infield pattern uses Mizuno's Slider web, a patented design that keeps the web flexible so a small hand can close it.

The technology that makes it work for a kid is PowerClose, with a FlexBridge hinge that lets the glove close easier with less restriction on the back of the hand, plus HiLo lacing that keeps the web fully laced while staying flexible, MZO lining to disperse sweat, and Mizuno's professional patterns.
