Description

At the top of the Rawlings wall sits Pro Preferred: kip leather shells with Pittards sheepskin lining, built lighter than steerhide and finished like the pro-issue gloves they are. The one-piece solid web is catcher's-mitt standard — maximum strength where the ball arrives hardest. At 34" on the CM43 pattern, it is built for receiving — shaped to frame borderline strikes, funnel balls in the dirt and survive a season of bullpens. Underneath: a kip leather shell, Pittards sheepskin lining, a conventional back. It's the glove Rawlings builds for players whose glove is a work tool. Available right-hand throw only.
