UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air carry a guaranteed delivery date. If your package arrives after the guaranteed date, just let us know and we’ll refund the shipping charge you paid on that order. The refund covers the shipping fee only, not the merchandise.

How our shipping works

• Every order ships from our warehouse in Anaheim, California via UPS, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
• Order by 12:00 PM PT (3:00 PM ET) on a business day and it ships the same day. Orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
• Free Economy Shipping typically arrives in 4–7 business days depending on your ZIP. UPS Ground typically arrives in 3–5 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
• UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are guaranteed to arrive by the date shown at checkout. Business days only — no weekend or holiday delivery.
• Tracking numbers are emailed by 1:00 PM PT on the day your order ships; UPS tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
• The guarantee follows UPS service terms — delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, or an incorrect shipping address are not covered.
