- Every order ships from our warehouse in Anaheim, California via UPS, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
- Order by 12:00 PM PT (3:00 PM ET) on a business day and it ships the same day. Orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
- Free Economy Shipping typically arrives in 4–7 business days depending on your ZIP. UPS Ground typically arrives in 3–5 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
- UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are guaranteed to arrive by the date shown at checkout. Business days only — no weekend or holiday delivery.
- Tracking numbers are emailed by 1:00 PM PT on the day your order ships; UPS tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
- The guarantee follows UPS service terms — delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, or an incorrect shipping address are not covered.

Diamond PONY League baseballs
The DPL is Diamond's tournament-grade PONY ball (cushioned cork center, premium full-grain leather); the DPL-1 is the competition-grade regular-season ball (cork-and-rubber core, full-grain leather). Both carry the PONY League stamp. Shetland tee ball uses the DFX-LC1 PL under Tee Ball & Flexiball. Tap a ball to open it and choose 2 dozen or a full case.
