The 2027 Icon runs Rawlings' In/Tense carbon composite: a seamless, fully engineered layup that lets the barrel grow to its maximum legal size while keeping the stiffness elite hitters want at contact. Zero Loss technology — a strengthened TPU joint between handle and barrel — keeps energy in the ball instead of leaking it into flex, and the tuned balance profile carries a slight end load: balanced enough to turn on velocity, loaded enough to punish mistakes.
