Marucci Cat 7 Bats

The CAT 7 Silver is the budget version of Marucci's one-piece alloy from a few generations back, and it's still a solid travel-ball bat. The barrel is AZ4X aerospace-grade aluminum with the Multi-Variable Wall Design, which thins the walls to expand the sweet spot and make off-center contact more forgiving, and it's ring-free so it hits out of the wrapper. The fine-tuned barrel-end walls keep the swing quick, and the patented AV2 anti-vibration knob takes the sting out of mishits.

The rack is USSSA 2 3/4" big barrel only, in -5, -8 and -10, mostly closeout. Prices run from about $55 to $80, which makes it one of the cheapest ways into a Marucci alloy barrel.
